Meet the Executive Team

Kevin Davis served as the first Parish President of St. Tammany Parish from 2000 to 2012, where he led the parish through significant infrastructure projects and disaster recovery efforts. After his time as Parish President, Davis became the Director of the Governor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (GOHSEP) from 2012 to 2016, overseeing statewide emergency management and response initiatives.
