Noble-Bates Young, MPA
A native from Natchez, Mississippi, Noble-Bates attended LSU for both undergraduate and graduate school. She earned her Bachelors in Sport Administration in 2009. After moving to the Northshore in 2011, she pursued her Masters in Public Administration and graduated in 2017. She was awarded the Astrid Merget Award for Commitment to Public Service from the MPA program faculty.
In 2021 Noble-Bates joined the Northshore Business Council as the Executive Director. Additionally, she serves in the District 11 Office with Louisiana Senator Patrick McMath. Her background ranges from nonprofit development with the Miracle League Northshore to local government with Chappapeela Sports Park and Coquille Parks and Recreation.
Noble-Bates also serves the community through the St Tammany Chamber of Commerce, the Northshore Young Professionals, and the Leadership St Tammany Alumni Foundation. She was in the Leadership Class of 2019, 2020 Chevron Fellowship, and most recently recognized in the 2020 Northshore Broadcasting Forty Under 40.
